I like that People First is pretty easy to use. The recognition feature is great because colleagues actually use it. I appreciate having access to bespoke reports, which is valuable for my work.

I like that iTrent is easy to navigate and can hold a lot of information, which our previous system couldn't handle. The role function is particularly useful, allowing us to set up roles and assign them to our workers, who can have multiple roles, different hours, and contracts. This feature has made it easy to manage the data of employees doing different roles across the organization, and everything is readily available, especially when it comes to pay and time sheets. I also appreciate the outstanding support from developers at MHR, like John Green, who were instrumental during the setup process.

I appreciate having all of our HR and payroll linked through iTrent. Having never had an integrated HR and payroll system, this has helped us a great deal.
