Effortless Global Reach, Exceptional Usability
I like how easy it is to use Maqsam. It doesn't lag much, which is great for my workflow. I really appreciate how with the simple press of a button, I can reach any country I want. Going back to my logs and listening to my recordings is very automatic and easy to navigate through. It's not hard to reach accounts or navigate the main dashboard. Also, Maqsam automatically records every call, which helps me trace back my dealings with the accounts and assess if the experience was good or bad.
