I like that the Lofty log in is very user-friendly, allowing me to easily use the system. Their customer service is amazing, which is another aspect I appreciate. The onboarding was very helpful; they walked me through how to set things up, and there are many classes and courses available. AI-Powered CRM That Keeps Our Team on Track with Every Client

First it is a great CRM to keep track of your clients and prospects but the implementation of all the AI features make follow up great and also helps out my team to know what to do with each client to stay in touch. Some of my agents are new to the industry and really makes a difference in their production.
