I use Lofty for my real estate business, and I find it really helps me keep track of clients. I really appreciate that it's easy to use. I like the client retention systems because they keep me in constant contact with clients, and the initial setup was easy.

Nothing. After having this for six months I still don't have anything I can use with an actual client. The client facing website has a useless AI/chat feature, requires questionnaires I don't need them to fill to and less useful for them than any of the many free sites they're already using. Property landing pages (and most any other page) has limited ways of editing them and are full of items I wouldn't want. Reports go out at random times, various bugs. Not useful at all.

I like the AI integration with Lofty because it gives me priorities and ideas on who to contact. It helps streamline my tasks by reducing wasted time and makes it easier to figure out what to say. Also, I prefer the layout of Lofty over the previous tools I've used.
