I like Kudos for its ability to recognize my fellow employees and let them know they are appreciated. I find it a great tool for acknowledging my coworkers. I also appreciate how extremely easy it is to use, making the process very straightforward.

Effortless Employee Recognition with Gift Card Incentives
I use Kudos for recognizing fellow employees and find it easy to give somebody praise. It helps me be a more positive person. I like the gift cards feature, which allows me to purchase gift cards and stuff for good work at the office, and it's nice that everybody likes to go out to eat.
