I love that Kudos allows me to give instant gratification to my team members and cross-functional teams who assist me in my daily work. It's great that the recognition or thanks I send can even be redeemed for vouchers or other rewards, adding significant value to the acknowledgments I give. The setup was very easy, and that's a big plus too.

I love being able to link our company values directly to praise and rewards, which makes recognition feel more meaningful and aligned with what we stand for. I also like the fun animations that come with the kudos when I send them. It reinforces my desire to send them. I really enjoy the outlook add-on because it makes it easy for me to tie behaviors to rewards. The AI writing support is also helpful and makes me sound more eloquent when sending kudos.
