A Simple, Fun Way to Recognize Peers—with Points That Add Up
It’s a nice, simple way to recognize your peers for small favors, and the points add up over time so you can make more significant purchases. Overall, it’s a great perk. I also like that you can send private messages, since sometimes you don’t want to share specific work situations publicly. The ability to customize messages with GIFs, emojis, and similar options works well, too.

I use Kudos for recognizing my coworkers by giving and receiving kudos points. I love its simplicity and the fact that the points are genuinely valuable to people. It's more rewarding than just saying 'thanks, good job', and receiving kudos makes me feel appreciated. I also like that it's not a hassle to reward someone and that the points can be exchanged for valuable items. The initial setup was extremely simple; I just logged in through my company account.
