Fun, User-Friendly Kudos with Company-Wide Visibility and Handy Email Integration
What I like best about Kudos is the combination of a simple, user-friendly UI/UX, engaging kudo cards with emojis, and gifts. It’s also great that posts are visible company-wide, and features like top kudos sender/receiver ratings and email integration make it both fun and practical to use!

Effortless Recognition, Rewarding to Give and Receive
I like the gifts you can exchange for the points, and the way it feels to get recognition and receive it. It's good to give to people who deserve it, especially if they go above and beyond. I also like saving up my points for Christmas time and using those for gift cards, gifts, or presents. Setting up Kudos was very easy because our HR department handled it.

I do like that you can single-out people specifically and its particularly useful you can spend a lot of characters explaining what they did - it demonstrates to our HR department proficiencies of our employees
