I really enjoy using Kudos as my own little social media platform, which is great since I don't have Facebook, Myspace, or Instagram. It's fun to send funny GIFs along with messages, making the recognition more meaningful by taking an extra step to add something relevant. Kudos significantly boosts morale at work when my colleagues send out kudos for hard work, showing that I'm recognized. Also, its ease of use made the setup process smooth and straightforward for my team. I'd definitely give Kudos a 10 or even greater for how likely I am to recommend it to others!
