Awesome, Tangible Recognition System, please integrate better with heavy volume software
I think it's an awesome way of recognizing folks, something tangible - a lot of empty words are not good enough. Performance: The points system is also amazing; although I'd love to be able to use it easily and there are a lot of clicks to recognize people. would hint at better integrations with high volume software, sharepoint zoom teams and outlook and prompts to people to recognize someone via email or teams or any other corporate channel... maybe this is where Artificial intelligence comes in.
