AccountantToo Expensive for it to lock you out of your own account and for 5-7 business days for resolution
I use to love QB's I have using their online and desktop software for over 25 years. But two of my clients Online accounts were hacked and scam'd. I have been locked out of my expense Proseries account and unable to use and was told it will take 5-7 business days.

The best aspect of ProSeries Tax is the in-program help aids. Questions can be asked and answered without exiting the program. Also, the "Where do I enter..." help aid is most helpful especially if you are a new user of the program.
