I really appreciate that Intuit Enterprise Suite simplifies our reporting and journal entries at the holdings level across multiple entities. It centralizes our chart of accounts, which is a huge advantage. I also appreciate how they seem to care about their customers with their very responsive customer support whenever we've needed assistance. Their implementation of AI has been a big benefit, allowing us to query our data, find anomalies to prior months, and streamline our analysis and close processes. The initial setup was extremely easy, as Intuit's staff took care of all the back-end transitions.

Good internet connection can be a challenge in this area, so I really like that it is a program installed on my computer, not reliant on an internet connection

I think it is easy to use and has helpful features. ProSeries was the first professional tax software I have used and I was able to jump right in.
