Our team worksking to curate ourproduct displays throughout the site to make sure they are as sales-friendly as possible while playing into the seasonal trends. Generect has played a pivotal rolein that. The platform's analytics dashboard isan everyday tool for us as we monitor the performance of new collections. For example, when we released our line of "Artisanal Ceramics," I used Generect to view data and see that while customers were scrolling through our featured carousel on our homepage, they were actually interacting heavily with a grid that was lower on the page. Sixty minutes later I had drag-and-dropped that grid into the most coveted digital real estate on our homepage, andthat was followed by an immediate 40% lift in clicks to that collection, with no developer support needed.

As the Director of Marketing for HATCH Collective, a beauty and lifestyle brand of ~150, this means I own the entirety of the journey from awareness through to conversion. Partnership with Generect has remained a key supporter in this regard. In particular, we use the "Smart Layouts" feature of the platform on a daily basis to tailor the homepage experience to our email campaign users. As an example, if we have a campaign around our Clean Skincare segment, it will then automatically serve those visitors a homepage hero section for our vegan serums, all without any manual work. We have a seamless integration with our Shopify Plus store, and the fact that we are able to make these changes without having to submit a single developer ticket has completely changed the way we are able to operate.

I manage Shopify storefront conversion and agility as the Ecommerce Manager for Summit Outfitters; a (litterally) small outdoor gear retail shop with nearly 200 employees.
