I primarily utilize Generect on the administrator side for the management of lead information. The lead information enters from various campaigns. Previously, I would export CSVs manually every week, which meant I had to clean up the data in a Google Sheet. It took up so much of my time honestly. With Generect I can review incoming leads, tag them with replies and generate reports from the dashboard without switching apps. To start with, I am a fan of the automated reporting dashboard. I usually check the “recent activity” panel as the first thing every morning to see what needs follow-up. I find it easy to use and saves me from repetitive admin work.
