My basic use for Generect is to go find and confirm high quality retail partners that have the potential for spread (national accounts). It’s always the first app I launch in the morning. First, I feed it a short-list of our best current partners. Then I build a new target list using its AI-driven lookalike modeling. The tool evaluates social as well as professional data i.e. that’s how it comes up with correct corporate contact profiles and even more importantly confirms the email addresses. The entire process of compiling this targeted, verified list of 50 prospects now takes me less than a half an hour to complete work that once took up half my day. I then take these clean lists and export them directly into our Salesforce CRM, which is where our outreach campaigns commence. The No. 1 biggest thing is the confidence that it gives us. The quality data is on point and therefore we experience very little to no bounced emails which in turn equals a higher initial connection rate. It’s not only a database, it is an intelligence tool. By dissecting our best clients, it enabled us to craft an evolving Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) that accurately predicts which companies are most likely to be a good fit. This has moved from a spray-and-pray type of strategy to a very targeted, scientific approach. By having all this collated into a real-time dashboard, our proposals are informed and timely.
