Flexibility is a big plus: it’s possible to use custom data for MMM, and the support is really quick and efficient. I also like having all platforms and information in the same place. The product is constantly evolving, and the team is great to work with.

What I find most helpful about Funnel is having one tool that both the marketing and data teams can use. The app feels smooth to work with, and the support team is very responsive. It also has enough features for the data team to access granular data, while still being usable for tech-savvy marketing team members who want to define dimensions and metrics and run deeper analysis in the Data Explorer. That said, we don’t use the dashboarding option.
