What I find most useful about Funnel is how it streamlines bringing marketing data from multiple platforms into a single, consistent reporting workflow. In my role, I work across campaigns, channels, and different stakeholders, so having one central place to pull, structure, and manage performance data saves a significant amount of manual effort. I especially value Funnel’s connectors for extracting data from various advertising and marketing platforms, along with the ability to standardise and organise that data before it’s used for reporting. Rather than repeatedly downloading CSVs from individual platforms, cleaning up columns, reconciling naming conventions, and then building reports manually, I can rely on Funnel as the data layer between the source platforms and my reporting. The option to customise fields and dimensions is also very helpful. Different platforms often use slightly different naming conventions for campaigns, channels, or metrics, and Funnel makes it easier to create a consistent reporting structure across them. This becomes particularly valuable when I’m looking at performance across multiple campaigns, instead of analysing each platform in isolation. Overall, Funnel is most valuable to me as a marketing data infrastructure layer: it reduces repetitive data preparation and makes cross-channel reporting much more structured and manageable.

The biggest advantage of Funnel for me is how easy it is to connect channels, work with the data using custom dimensions and metrics, and then export everything to Power BI. The interface feels intuitive, so getting started doesn’t take long, and the onboarding process is clear and straightforward. I’m also very happy with the support. Whenever we’ve had questions or run into issues, the team has responded quickly and been genuinely helpful in finding a solution. Another reason I like Funnel is the value for money. Compared to some other tools I’ve looked at, it offers a lot of functionality without being overly expensive. Finally, the number of available connectors is a huge plus. We can pull data from many different marketing platforms and bring everything together in one place, which makes reporting and analysis much easier. A lot of other tools don’t offer direct connections with smaller parties in Europe, so that’s a big advantage as well.

The UI is laid out nicely on the left side with data and reporting separate. I also find hooking up the data really easy with mapping the columns. Your customer success manager is always there to double check these things for you as well. Everything is really smooth and fast, even with email imports I always assume they're very clunky but easy refresh buttons means you can check for updates really quickly and simply.
