Funnel is pretty intuitive and easy to use after an initial learning curve. It makes it easy to blend multiple data sources, create/share custom fields, and export data to different reports and spreadsheets. It’s cut down on time to track down certain data points and the Data Explorer tool makes troubleshooting much simpler and provides a playground for report ideation that other tools have struggled to offer. The support for the product has been excellent and it keeps evolving. Several potential dislikes have been addressed recently such as copying from workspaces and change history.

Reliability. I've used other tools in the past, and nothing has been as seamless, smooth, and trustworthy as Funnel.

The biggest upside to me using Funnel is the ease of use to connect sources or set up metrics and dimensions along with the customer service that is readily available to help with issues or concers.
