The templates they have set up align with our use cases. Creating a new flow just takes a couple of clicks and if I want to edit the styles I can do so easily without an engineer involved. I also really like how we have it integrated with Amplitude.
Most of the questions our chefs used to send our team now get answered inside the product
We're a platform for local chefs and bakers to sell their food via drops. Menus, pickup windows, payouts. A new chef hits all of that in their first week, and those questions used to pile up in our support inbox, especially around drop days
Now the Frigade assistant picks them up as they come. It walks a chef through the actual screens instead of pointing at an article, and sometimes just handles the step for them
The real test was we redesigned our product top to bottom a few months ago. Our team braced for a wave of "where did that setting go" messages. The assistant learned the new layout on its own and kept answering. Nobody on our side rewrote a thing
Can't express how much value Frigade provides, it's one of the tools I'd fight the hardest to keep in our stack and a major reason why we've lasted with only one support rep managing thousands of active customers a day
We use Frigade Engage for user onboarding in our product. Primarily the tours and the announcements when we ship something new. The components are React and live in our own codebase, so they version with the rest of the product and pick up our design system instead of fighting it.
The part I didn't expect to matter this much is the dashboard. I set the components up once, and now copy and targeting changes happen there without a deploy.
Frigade helps software companies guide users through their products. Frigade Assistant learns workflows by using your application, then answers questions and provides on-screen guidance. Assist API brings that product understanding to your own agent. Frigade Engage gives your team control over authored onboarding checklists, tours, announcements, and surveys.
