When they ask how to fix a LinkedIn connection error, the Assistant walks them through their own account state. That action layer is the thing that's actually deflected support volume for us. The day-one questions our sellers would have pinged us about now resolve themselves inside the product. We're a fast-shipping team, and we don't have to babysit the Assistant.
