I think Factors.AI has a pretty intuitive UI UX, which makes it pleasant to use. I also like the integrations with CRM and marketing automation platforms because they provide capabilities that other providers don't offer. Additionally, the initial setup was fairly easy, which is always a plus.

We use Factors primarily for account prioritization and website visitor deanonymization. It identifies the accounts engaging with our site, scores them on real engagement signals, and we pass these high-intent signals straight to our sales team so outreach happens while interest is still warm — not weeks later. The HubSpot and Slack integrations make this seamless. Intent data lands where our team already works, so there's no dashboard-hopping to act on a signal. What really sets Factors apart, though, is the people. Working with Harish and Praveen over the last few months has been a genuinely great experience — responsive, proactive, and they treat our use cases like their own problems to solve. That level of partnership is rare in SaaS.
