I can see when someone opens an email or clicks on a link, which is useful when deciding what to do next. I also like that these actions can be used in automations. For example, we have a different follow-up depending on whether someone opened or clicked an email. The automation part took some time to understand in the beginning. Once I got used to it, it became quite practical and saves us from doing the same follow-up tasks manually.
