EngageBay gives me a convenient place to keep track of customer information and ongoing conversations. I like being able to check a contact’s activity before following up, because it gives me helpful context instead of making me dig back through old emails or notes.

I mainly use EngageBay to manage our deals and sales pipeline, and this has been one of the most useful parts for us. I like how easy it is to see where each deal currently stands and move it to the next stage as things progress. We have different stages in our sales process, so having everything laid out in one pipeline makes it much easier to keep track of active deals. I can quickly see which deals are anew, which ones are being followed up, and which ones are closer to closing.
