I like that I can add notes, update contact details, and always have the latest information in one place. I also use both static and smart lists quite a bit. Static lists are useful when we want to reach a specific group, while smart lists automatically keep contacts organized based on the conditions I set, which saves time. The landing page builder has also been a good addition. I use it for enquiry forms and campaign pages, and it is simple enough that I don't need technical help every time I want to make changes.
