I have been using EngageBay for quite sometime and the biggest difference it's made for me is keeping all my customer information in one place. i don't have to search through old emails or notes any more because the 360-degree contact view usually has everything I need before I reach out to someone. I also use contact management features every day. Keeping contacts organized, adding notes, and creating different lists has been simple, even as my contact database has grown. Another feature I use often is email broadcasts. I send customer updates and follow-up emails regularly and creating a campaign is straight forward . Once everything is setup, it doesn't require much effort to send it out. The support team has also been a postive experience. On the few occassions I needed help, I received clear answers without having to go back and forth multiple times.
