I have been using EngageBay as part of my daily work, and it has made it much easier to stay organized. I like that I can keep customer details, emails, and follow-up reminders all in one place instead of juggling different tools. It helps me quickly understand where each conversation stands before I reach out to a customer.

For me, the email broadcast feature has been the most useful. I don't send campaigns every day, so I appreciate that I can come back after a few weeks and still know exactly where everything is. Scheduling emails is simple, and I've never had to spend much time figuring things out. I also use the landing page builder quite often for campaign pages. It's easy enough that I can make edits myself instead of asking someone else every time.

Once everything is setup, it doesn't require much effort to send it out. The support team has also been a postive experience. On the few occassions I needed help, I received clear answers without having to go back and forth multiple times.
