For me, the contact management is probably one of the most useful parts of EngageBay. We have a quite a few contacts and it's much easier having everything in one place instead of maintaining separate excel sheets. I use lists quite often to keep contacts separated based on what we need at the time. Smart lists are handy because I don't have to keep going back and updating them manually when a contact matches the conditions. I also use tags and custom fields when I need a little more control over how contacts are organized. I like that I can open a contact and quickly see the information and previous activity. It saves me from having to remember where a particular conversation or detail was.

I use EngageBay to keep customer information and communication history in one place, which makes it much easier for me to review previous interactions, add notes, and manage follow-ups without having to maintain separate records. I like being able to create separate flows for things like new leads, lead nurturing, sales outreach, and product inquiries.
