What I like most about CleverTap is how easy it is to manage their platform. I also greatly value the customer success service, which is very quick and agile in resolving any questions I have about using the tool. Additionally, CleverTap allows us to obtain insights and data from each of the actions we perform on the platform.

I like the possibility of automating processes in CleverTap. I enjoy the possibilities of automation in general, such as being able to update properties, connect with information databases, create journeys, and have periodic communications. The journeys, properties, and recurring campaigns are also aspects that I value greatly.

Lo que más me gusta de Clevertap es que es realmente intuitivo y fácil de usar. Con solo unos pocos clics, puedo descargar archivos con mucha información valiosa. Además, se puede conectar con proveedores de SQL como DataBricks a través de API para gestionar y automatizar eventos. Otro punto que me gustaría destacar es el equipo de soporte, que siempre está ahí para resolver cualquier problema.
