I use CleverTap as a CRM tool for sending hyper-personalized nudges to our customers. CleverTap offers a plug and play tool that integrates well with both internal tools and external vendors, becoming a one-stop tool for all promotional use cases. It provides a rich variety of features and integrates well with the app front end and other systems. Additionally, I appreciate the great support for resolving queries, bugs, and feature addition. The initial setup was pretty easy. It integrates with the app frontend using an sdk.

The support from the account managers and CSMs has been very helpful in enabling different use cases with very quick turnaround times. The platform is easy to use for all kinds of BTL marketing use cases across channels through the Journey Builder; the only real limitation is your creativity - if you can think of it, the platform can handle it. Integrations with legacy systems are also straightforward. I also like how easy it is to re-export data from the platform so other systems and teams can use it for analytics. Overall, it feels like a complete marketing and tracking solution with very competitive pricing, especially since we use it across multiple markets where we have evaluated other solutions as well. Further, the platform is very scalable with no downtime ever experienced. The only AI experience I have had as part of the tools is with their copy support AI called Scribe to help improve and adjust messaging copies. Having worked with other marketing automation and analytics platforms CleverTap seems to take the lead for me. Lastly, they have also supported us in enabling the solution with tight regulatory data laws by enabling an on-prem solution for us with a very short deployment time.

What I like most about CleverTap is the Journeys feature. It helps us automate campaigns easily, understand user behavior, track user activities in real time, and improve reachability by connecting with users through multiple channels like Push, SMS, WhatsApp, InApp.
