I like how easy Claap is to use for recording meetings and sharing videos. It saves time because I can quickly record something and share it with my team without making a long explanation.

What I like about Claap is that it makes some of the communication around hiring easier to manage. In talent acquisition, I often have conversations with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams where there are a lot of details to remember. Being able to capture a discussion and refer back to it in Claap later is useful, especially when I’m handling multiple roles at the same time. I also find Claap helpful for explaining things. If I’m walking a colleague through a hiring process, sharing feedback, or clarifying something that happened during a candidate interaction, showing Claap on screen can be quicker than writing everything out. I mainly use Claap for hiring manager discussions, process walkthroughs, team handoffs, interview related coordination, onboarding new team members, and sharing clear updates without having to arrange another meeting. Overall, I’ve found Claap works best as a supporting communication tool. It doesn’t replace the recruitment systems or conversations I already rely on, but it does make certain discussions easier to document and revisit. For me, the real benefit is pretty simple: when a conversation includes details I’ll probably need later, I have an easier way to go back to the actual Claap context instead of relying entirely on my notes.
