I love the interactive video commenting feature on Claap. It makes collaboration much easier compared to just sending a plain video link. People can drop questions, add reactions, and reply right at the exact second of the video they are talking about. I also really appreciate how clean the playback experience is for anyone who receives our links, including clients. They don't need to download anything or create an account just to watch the video or leave a comment. Additionally, the initial setup was smooth; installing the browser extension and connecting it to our calendar and Google Meet took just a couple of minutes with no training needed. The automated meeting summaries are a massive plus too because no one has to worry about taking notes during live calls anymore.

The transcript are valuably correct, the insights are efficiently done, language recognition is great, meetings sharing is easy, and the calendar link is practical (Google Calendar for me). I'm using Claap to record and transcript technical meetings, and it works fine. My customers also like it. Previously, I had to take notes manually, summarize them and send them to my customers. Now, it's fully automated, and it takes less time. The transcription for a 1 hr of a dense meeting usually takes less than 10 mn. The UI is clear, simple, but some tutorials are no longer correct, they seem to be related on obsolete features. The basic plan is very limited, but nice for a test. Pro is limited in recording duration, so with an average of 5 hrs recordings a day, it's not sufficient. You should carefully examine the different plans to choose the most adapted to your needs. The privacy is something important to me, and Claap meets all my requirements.
