Claap Makes Campaign Feedback Clear with Screen Recording and Async Collaboration

In my work, written updates aren’t always enough during partnership discussions being able to illustrate a campaign concept, a presentation, or a customer journey is often far more effective. As a Brand Partnership Manager, Claap’s screen recording and asynchronous collaboration features have been especially helpful for exactly this reason. When I explain an idea or share campaign feedback via video, the context stays clear, and the team quickly understands which parts need changes. It also reduces our reliance on meetings and makes communication with both external and internal stakeholders more direct.

Love the transcript feature - real time saver

I love the transcript feature, and I also like being able to see how the discussion was distributed during the call. It makes it much easier to find specific information when I’m re-listening to a call. The history feature is useful as well, especially since it displays client names.
