Effortless Call Management and Summaries

I use Claap for recording and transcribing all the calls, which is the main use case for me. I like how it summarizes the calls and highlights any key deal signals, helping with quick follow-ups. Claap also identifies what actions should happen after a call, like automatically extracting and structuring tasks such as sending pricing or case studies, which saves me from manual note-taking. I also found it very easy to get started with Claap, and I integrated it with my CRM tools like Salesforce, Jira, and Zoom, which helped automate call summaries without any difficulties.

Claap Streamlines Collaboration with Easy Recording, Sharing, and Smart Summaries

Claap has made our communication far more organized, especially when multiple teams are involved. Rather than relying on meeting notes or asking someone to repeat what was discussed, we can just go back to the recording whenever we need to. I also appreciate how easy it is to share short video updates for project changes, client feedback, or internal announcements. Overall, it’s helped cut down on unnecessary meetings and made collaboration more flexible, which is particularly valuable for remote and hybrid teams. The transcripts and summaries are another big plus, since they make it much easier to locate key information without having to rewatch the entire recording.

Natural Async Communication That Streamlines Onboarding and HR Updates

One thing I genuinely like is how natural communication feels on the platform. For instance, rather than scheduling yet another meeting just to explain a policy change, I can record a five-minute walkthrough and share it with everyone. Employees can watch it whenever they have time, and if someone joins later, they still have access to the exact same information. That’s helped cut down on repeated conversations and made onboarding much more consistent. The search feature is also useful when I need to revisit an earlier discussion. Overall, we use Claap for employee onboarding, HR policy updates, training sessions, recruitment discussions, interview feedback, internal announcements, manager briefings, knowledge sharing, process documentation, and cross-functional communication with department heads.

What is Claap?

Claap records every sales conversation and automatically structures it into rich, labeled data - speakers, objections, pain points, next steps, and more. That structured context becomes the fuel for AI agents to take over the rest: updating your CRM, drafting follow-up emails and sales decks, surfacing coaching insights, and triggering workflows across your stack. Claap delivers agent-ready conversation intelligence: pre-labeled, structured for retrieval, and open to any AI agent via MCP (Model Context Protocol). Video calls, phone calls, all captured in one platform without bots or friction. On average, sales reps save 30 minutes after each meeting with workflow automations, and revenue leaders increase their win rate up to 30% with deal insights and AI-assisted coaching. Claap is part of the lemlist group, and trusted by 1,000+ companies including Revolut, Qonto, 360Learning, Figures, and OpenClassrooms.
