Quick, Clear Video Updates with Genuinely Helpful AI Summaries

What I like most about Claap is that I can quickly record something instead of trying to explain it over a long Slack message or jumping on a call. It’s especially useful when I need to show someone exactly what I’m seeing or how something works. The AI features are also genuinely helpful for turning those recordings into something easy to skim and act on.

Simple Meeting Recording and AI Summaries

What I like most about Claap is that it makes recording meetings and sharing information really easy. The AI summaries are useful when I want to quickly understand what was discussed without going through the whole recording.

Claap’s AI Summaries and Searchable Transcripts Keep Our Team Aligned Across Time Zones

I've used Claap for about eight months, mainly to keep meeting notes organized across a team that spans a few time zones. The AI summaries are the biggest win for me. I can skip a call, read the notes afterward, and still follow what was decided without watching the whole recording back. The transcripts are also searchable, so if I vaguely remember someone mentioning a dataset or a deadline, I can just search for it instead of scrubbing through a video. It syncs with Google Calendar and Meet automatically, so recordings just show up where they need to without me setting anything up manually each time. Rolling it out across the team was easier than I expected too. Most people picked it up on their own within a week.
