Claap Keeps Product Decisions Organized and Makes Async Collaboration Effortless

As a Product Manager, Claap has become one of my most useful tools for keeping product discussions organized and making sure important decisions don’t get lost after meetings. Rather than relying on handwritten notes or long meeting recaps, each conversation is automatically captured with transcripts, summaries, and clear action items. I especially appreciate how easy it is to share short video updates with engineering, design, and stakeholders, which has helped cut down on unnecessary meetings. The search functionality also makes it straightforward to revisit past discussions, product decisions, and customer feedback without wasting time scrolling through chat threads or digging through recordings. Overall, the platform fits naturally into our product workflow and has made asynchronous collaboration significantly more effective.
