Claap has been a game-changer for meeting efficiency. Its AI note-taking and customized call summaries save me hours each week that I’d otherwise spend on manual notes and writing follow-up emails. I also really appreciate being able to share quick, time-stamped video updates asynchronously, which helps keep our team aligned without packing our calendars with even more live calls.

I like Claap because it supports communication in my project work. Small conversations come up all the time around requirements, screen changes, demos, feedback, and other clarifications, and I don’t always want to set up yet another meeting for those topics. When something is easier to show than to describe, I can record a quick walkthrough and send it to the person who needs it. I’ve found this especially useful when working with teams, because everyone can see exactly what I’m referring to and they don’t have to guess based on a long message. In my project work, Claap has been most helpful for requirement walkthroughs, sprint discussions, stakeholder updates, team handoffs, reviewing deliverables, explaining changes, and giving feedback on work. It’s also convenient when team members are in different locations or simply aren’t available at the same time. I can explain something clearly without waiting for everyone’s calendars to line up. Overall, I’ve found Claap mainly helps cut down unnecessary communication overhead. I would recommend Claap for project teams with a lot of collaboration, frequent requirement discussions, and work that’s easier to show than to explain. For a project where everyone sits together and communication is straightforward, I don’t think Claap is needed for every task. I still use project management and documentation tools to track the actual project, so I don’t see Claap as a replacement for those tools.

What I like about Claap is that it works really well for the kind of marketing feedback I often need to give. Sometimes I have to explain why a particular visual doesn’t work, why a piece of copy feels off, or what I would change in a campaign asset, and writing all of that out in a chat can get unnecessarily long. I find it much easier to record a walkthrough and actually show what I’m referring to. I can point to the specific part of a design or page and explain my thinking in context, instead of sending several messages back and forth. It’s also been useful when working with people across teams. Not everyone has to be available at the same time just to discuss one creative change. I mainly use it around reviews, campaign discussions, content feedback, landing-page walkthroughs, internal marketing updates and collaboration with design or content teams. I also find it helpful when I need to explain a campaign idea to someone who wasn’t part of the original discussion. Instead of trying to recreate the whole conversation in writing, I can give them the context directly. Overall, Claap has been valuable mainly because it makes one part of my work less time consuming. It hasn’t replaced the tools I use for campaigns or project tracking, and I don’t expect it to. I use it when showing something is easier than explaining it and that comes up quite often in my work so having that option has made my feedback clearer and easier to share.
