The process for booking PTO or vacation time is very easy and straightforward.

I feel the interface is simple and doesn't overcomplicate things. You can understand where and what is available with a few clicks. It's simple, lean, and easy to figure out, even if you're new to BambooHR. I also like that it has a mobile app, which is great for someone like me who prefers to do basic tasks on the go without needing to open a laptop. The initial setup was very easy; we just got an email, logged in, and the simple interface made it easy to figure out things.

How customizable it is! We switched to Mosaic awhile back and we are so happy to be switching back to Bamboo!!! Mosaic did not allow much customization and was very complicated to use, while Bamboo is not complicated at all and allows for so much customization, especially compared to Mosaic
