I like how easy it is to navigate BambooHR and how logical the system is to understand. It's extremely user-friendly; I was pretty much able to open it and know how it worked within the first fifteen minutes. I also appreciate the organization chart, which helps me see who belongs to each area, especially in the technology area, and it's really fast to know who to contact for any issue I might have. I find the feedback dynamics very valuable because they help in growing and improving work ethic.
