The most useful feature is that I can track how many leaves I have and see which days I have holidays. Another feature that impressed me is that I can read documents virtually and e-sign them. I can also view the entire organisation in this application, which helps me understand how many people are in the organisation. The UI is very simple, easy to set up, and easy to use, and it also makes onboarding much simpler.

I like the Chat feature for my employees because they can ask any questions, and it answers them. The time off feature is also great; when people ask how much PTO they've accrued, I can send them straight to BambooHR to find out. Everything works so well, I have no complaints. The initial setup was so easy.
