I like that it is easy to navigate and makes it clear on what i need to do in order to take time off, review benefits, and more. The performance of the platform is also consistent. It made onboarding a very easy process.

It is very digestible and easy to follow along. You can identify the categories and locations you need to access with ease. It also highlights any to-do items (such as for onboarding) which is helpful. Having designed areas for performance and goals also helps push employees forward as opposed to just a place to look at your pto.
