Ease of use. The navigation is intuitive, and it’s easy for employees to jump right in with very little instruction. Every so often, there’s a subtle touch that feels genuinely endearing—like when typing comments into an ENPS Survey.

PTO submission and being able to see balance.

Convenient and easy to get around, with a friendly look and feel. It’s very efficient, and everything has a place; it’s well organized, and support is available if needed. It’s web-based, which makes it even more user-friendly. It also works well with the other programs I use on a daily basis. The features that stood out to me as especially smart are the People section and the Time Off sections. I love the AI intelligent interface it seems to have on the site. Performance-wise is great we are able to put in time off easily.
