The most useful feature is that I can track how many leaves I have and see which days I have holidays. Another feature that impressed me is that I can read documents virtually and e-sign them. I can also view the entire organisation in this application, which helps me understand how many people are in the organisation. The UI is very simple, easy to set up, and easy to use, and it also makes onboarding much simpler.

I like BambooHR's simple UI because it allows me to handle vacation requests in just three button clicks, which reduces user frustration significantly.

I love that we can see our PTO and sick time, calculate how much time to request off, view benefits, and access paychecks in PDF format. I also like being able to see when someone is out or when someone new has joined the company. It’s fast and convenient. The onboarding process for signing documents is great as well, and the entire integration has met my expectations. AI is really helping us in our everyday life. Overall, I love it.
