I appreciate being able to sync the digital displays and view real-time alerts, which significantly improves the in-office experience. I also value the seamless integration between the corporate displays and the booking tools. This is valuable because it greatly improves workflow.

What I love most about Appspace is the Microsoft Teams integration. It's the feature that made the biggest measurable difference for adoption across our workforce. By integrating Appspace directly into Microsoft Teams, we saw a big jump in employee engagement, with interaction between employees returning to normal and no more gaps between teams and departments. Before the integration, our team was publishing to Appspace and then separately posting the same content in Teams because nobody was checking the intranet independently. After the Teams integration went live, content published once in Appspace appears automatically in the right team's channel without anyone doing anything. Our internal comms coordinator said it was the first time in her role she felt like a communicator rather than copy-paste, and the drop in her weekly admin time was noticeable enough that she started taking on additional responsibilities she hadn't had capacity for before. I also liked that the implementation was surprisingly fast, with our first AI generated broadcast running in less than a week, mostly thanks to the customer support team who helped work through the integration steps over a couple of quick calls. Once things were set up correctly, the day to day experience has been reliable, and their support team has stayed accessible whenever something needed adjusting after go live.

What I like best about Appspace is its ability to bridge the communication gap for our deskless workers. In our bottling department within the distillery, many operators have highly limited access to company email during their shifts. Appspace allows us to transform our office lounge TV into a centralized, dynamic communication hub that keeps everyone informed in real-time. The native integration with Google Slides makes it incredibly easy to publish our quarterly company reports, and the web view feature allows us to stream live news channels effortlessly. Furthermore, we rely heavily on it for critical health and safety metrics—such as tracking the days since our last accident—and broadcasting upcoming site events. It has completely streamlined our internal workplace communications and ensured our warehouse team feels connected to the wider company. Also the UI is very easy to use and quick to integrate.
