The dashboard view is great for a holistic view of your sales tax collection and the granularity of the returns reporting is what's needed for reconciling back to your accounting system. The customer service is great, particularly the registration team who are proactive and quick to respond to issues with setting up US sales tax in new states. Pricing is very competitive and flexible.
