The UI/UX is amazing and easy to navigate and use. The integration with NetSuite was straightforward; I was able to handle most of it myself. We’ve had no issues with the Anrok sync or with the team’s performance when submitting returns. The only problems we ran into were related to getting access to some of our accounts through our HRIS. The price point for the system and for filing returns is lower than what we were paying with our old system, which was constantly breaking. We’ve also had a great experience with the support team, and our onboarding team was amazing. Overall, I have a lot of confidence in the tool and its ability to predict future exposure as well.

New state registrations have been remarkably smooth — a process that used to be a headache is now straightforward. Handling payments and filing returns is equally painless; it just works, and I'm not chasing down deadlines or wrestling with the system to get filings out the door. What really sets Anrok apart is the customer service. It's consistently great — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever I've had a question. That level of support makes a real difference when you're dealing with something as detail-sensitive as multi-state tax compliance. I've used a number of other tax collection and compliance tools in the past, and Anrok is easily my favorite of the bunch. If you're looking for software that handles registrations, payments, and returns without the usual friction — and backs it with a team that actually shows up when you need them — I'd highly recommend it.
