Reliable platform for managing sales tax across dozens of jurisdictions
Responsive customer service team. I had an issue with the sales tax configuration (e.g. excluding taxes from every item in our product catalog) in Stripe that required a lot of manual overriding on my part until the Anrok team stepped in to provide an efficient solution that solved it. Smooth Stripe integration, and the Anrok UI is quite easy to use. We are on the startup pricing plan which is more than fair. Overall, Anrok is something I'd recommend to others who deal with dozens of tax jurisdictions, as it does well for what we need out of a sales tax software.

Simplified Sales Tax Compliance
What I like best about Anrok is the onboarding process. The implementation was straightforward, and the Anrok team provided excellent support throughout the entire process. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and helped guide us through the setup, integrations, and configuration to ensure everything was working properly. Having a dedicated team available to answer questions and provide guidance made the transition much smoother and gave us confidence in adopting the platform.

Effortless Sales Tax Management, Time Saver
I really like the hands-off approach that Anrok provides for filing and remitting sales tax in so many different jurisdictions. This feature gives me time back, so I’m not spending time on sales taxes. Also, the initial setup of Anrok was easy for me and my team.
