Effortless Sales Tax Management and Flawless Netsuite Integration
Anrok made managing sales tax much simpler compared to our previous platform. The implementation process only took a week, though this was partly because we had just finished an eligibility analysis, which sped things up considerably. Customer support has been very responsive whenever we've had questions. The first two months have gone much more smoothly, and the Netsuite integration is working perfectly. My team has expressed a lot of satisfaction with the switch, and we are all looking forward to continued ease of use on the Anrok platform.

Super simple setup, really amazing team
The product itself is really quite simple to use, but the thing that put it over the top for us was their implementation team. They were super helpful, looking into every question we had and often getting answers to us almost immediately. Honestly might be the best onboarding experience we've had with a product in a very long time. Their team is really open to hearing about our experiences and has added things to the roadmap based on our recommendations.
