I find RUN Powered by ADP to be a fantastic program that allows me to easily pay hourly, salary, and production pay employees. I really like that I can access it on my phone, which was super helpful when there was a question about a paycheck. I was able to quickly access the needed information to address my employee's concern. The knowledgeable specialists that assist are very nice and offer great customer support, which is one of the reasons our team switched from QuickBooks. I also found the setup to be different but easy to learn. Overall, it's user-friendly and the support makes it valuable.
