I think 11x does a great job sourcing leads directly from a database that you can filter down. It goes beyond generic, cookie-cutter filters and lets you get extremely specific using your own filtering language. Alice is also much more intuitive and pulls from many more sources than other competitors. It integrates well with our Salesforce platform and lets us generate lists directly from the CRM. The product and initial setup can feel a bit cumbersome, but there’s a good reason for that: it enables 11x to perform beyond most of their competitors. Support from our CSM, Matt Sonderman, has been next level. His knowledge and drive are second to none, and he’s clearly committed to our success while constantly thinking of new things we can do. There are definitely other companies doing something similar, but the service piece certainly makes 11x the standout.

What I appreciate most about 11x is their genuine willingness to treat us as a design partner. Rather than forcing an inflexible, 'black-box' AI workflow onto our sales team, they’ve actively listened to our operational feedback, especially around AI performance, email deliverability. Plus our CSE, Matt Sonderman is a rad guy and great partner in implementation. It is worth working with 11x over others just to work with Matt.

My favorite thing about this company is their customer success team, specifically Pato. He has been a consultative, hard working resource to get us up and running and help our team learn how to use the platform for the most benefits.
