Alice builds a real profile of each prospect and writes messages specific to their company and role, not generic templates, and it does that across thousands of contacts a month. It lets a small BD team run outbound at the scale of a much bigger one, so our people spend their time on calls and proposals instead of list building. Running email and LinkedIn together from each BDM’s own identity also gets much better response than either channel alone. The team behind it makes a big difference too. Matt Sonderman, our Customer Success Manager, is an absolute beast. He’s on weekly calls with us, turns our feedback into fixes quickly, and goes out of his way to make sure we get the most out of the platform.
