I think Zocks is an amazing tool that saves me a lot of time writing notes after appointments. It allows me to focus more on the client during the meeting, without having to constantly write down notes in my notepad. I like how you are able to focus on the client instead of constantly writing all the information down. It shows the client that you're focused on them and you're there for them. The setup was very easy, made simple by Jacob Welton, with his instructions and demo.

I love how Zocks pulls out specific client details such as names, life events etc., It also does a good job capturing action items as well as the summary and pulling out specific client financial data.
