I definitely love the flowchart aspect of Trainual and the design is great. It's really easy to use, and I love being able to embed images, GIFs, and links. I think it's user-friendly, at least for me, and I absolutely love using it. I also love that I can track completions. Trainual is especially helpful for maintaining consistency in agent workflows and is really valuable for visual learners like our team. The Trainual University was great too.

I love that we are able to add content as needed and it is so user friendly.

Trainual allows me to create systems, and it is systems that make everything easier. The options within Trainual allow me to make it "my own" by creating groups and subjects and organizing the content. One of the best parts is that our team "bought in" to using it and the users love it! Easy to find the information and training they are using it for. Someone on the team is in the system daily.
