What I like most is the support: it really feels like we’ve built a great team with our account managers, and we’re always able to resolve even the most complex technical issues quickly.
As for the platform itself, we’re deeply integrated with it both through native integrations and via the API. The API is well documented and easy to work with.
What especially stands out is how quickly Maestra implements new methods and endpoints specifically for our needs — I’ve honestly never seen this level of flexibility before.
One of the things we appreciate most about Maestra is the level of account management support. Our account manager is consistently involved, helpful in troubleshooting, good at recommending solutions and easy to work with . For a small-medium business with a lean marketing team and limited technical resources, that hands-on support has made a huge difference in helping us execute lifecycle strategies we couldn't tackle on our own. The broader support team has also been responsive and quick to resolve issues.
