Our customers love collecting points and getting rewarded with items they want. What truly makes Loyalty Lion outstanding, though, is their customer support. When a customer of mine asks something that I can't answer, I'll message and get a response in minutes most of the time. They aren't reading from a script, either - They take the time to look into the situation and provide a good, solid answer that helps me help MY customers. It's one of the very few companies that I ENJOY talking to for support. Updated in 2026: We've been using Loyalty Lion for several years now, and everything I said in 2024 still stands. I recently contacted Sathiya in LL support using an email address I had from years ago, and he was still there! He answered very quickly with a well-written solution to my question, and then went a step beyond that and both discovered and FIXED a related issue in our setup that I hadn't thought of. In this age of AI agents, being able to talk with a living, thinking, human is a huge selling point for any business, and Loyalty Lion has some of the best. Can you imagine any other company where you could email a support tech three years after talking with them - at an email address that includes their name, rather than a general email - and they're still there, and just as amazing as the first time you spoke with them?

I like LoyaltyLion because the service is always fast to respond and help me get my problems solved, which was not the case with our previous platform. It has enough features to customize the loyalty program without being too hard or time-consuming to manage. I also appreciate that the initial setup was quite easy for our team.

I really like the variety of reward options that customers can claim from discount codes to actual products, it makes the overall experience feel more exciting.
