Insightful 360-Degree Feedback with Seamless Setup
I appreciate Leapsome's 360-degree feedback with graphical representations, which clearly highlight areas of improvement and show what I and my peers, as well as my manager, think. It allows me to take feedback from peers across different levels, providing flexibility and enabling me to understand thoughts not just from top-down but also from people on the same level, below, and across teams. I also find the initial setup to be super easy.

It's great tool to use for defining and tracking goals, for periodic reviews, surveys and giving/sharing feedback. This is what I mainly use it for.
