Great service and support with onboarding. UI is intuitive

I like how easy it is to manage our jurisdictions and stay up to date with new privacy regulations using Ketch. There is a regulations page that updates frequently with new privacy laws that are coming online. Additionally, the initial setup of Ketch was very easy, which enhanced our overall experience. We feel that the tool is a good value relative to the price and we liked being able to customize the contract to get the features we needed. We evaluated several large vendors before purchasing Ketch.
